My Life on (and off) the Guest List

Bryce Dallas Howard Hosts New York Moves’ 2010 Summer Issue

The enchanting Bryce Dallas Howard (New York Moves Magazine cover girl), as well as many other special guests, came together for an exquisite night (well, a very hot day) on the town to celebrate the release of the 2010 Summer Issue of New York Moves.

You may recognize Bryce Dallas Howard from such movies as Terminator Salvation (as Kate Connor), Spiderman 3, Lady in the Water, The Village and most recently The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (as the new Victoria). According to a friend of mine, she’s scheduled to play another baddy character in the New York Times Best Seller, The Help – a quick search on IMBd confirmed this. Doesn’t she look quite adorable (and quite the opposite of evil Victoria) in her Vintage dress, which she paired with Kate Spade chunky heel Slingbacks and THE buttercream Chanel bag (better photo below)

The event was also to announce the winners of the Moves Personal Chef and Design 2010 Competition. The competition paired three sets of News Anchors and Chefs against each other with proceeds going towards James Beard Foundation. Heather Nauert of Fox News and Chef Ed McFarland of Ed’s Lobster Bar in SoHo won. See below as New York Moves Publisher, Mamoonah Yaqub and Bryce Dallas Howard announce the winners

Below are all the competition participants with Bryce Dallas Howard

See below for more photos from the events, including some notables like Chef Todd English and a more detailed look at Bryce Dallas Howard’s ensemble
