Soundtracking Your Holiday Season Wirelessly: JBL Flip 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

This holiday season I’m often walking around the city with my headphones on, music blaring in my ears, getting into the holiday spirit, and fantasize that my life and times in the Big Apple is like being in one grandiose music video, that is soundtracking my life. Since life happens both outside of and behind closed doors, I need that soundtrack to continue whether I’m home or not. What has been my go-to for enjoying my holiday soundtrack? The JBL Flip 2 Portable Bluetooth Speakers. I have always loved music and the hunt for a good-quality speaker to play my music from has always been a hard one. I have never been satisfied with what most brands offer because there’s always something not quite right with them – be that bad battery, poor bass, low connectivitiy, etc. But then I tried out the speakers JBL have to offer and I haven’t looked back. From the jbl go 2 to the JBL Flip 2, I have loved using every speaker I’ve tried from them. For many of my friends, enjoying their music is a must for their way of life as well. However, they’re not going to A) drag their desktop stereo or desktop computer everywhere they go, B) be willing to constantly stop what they’re doing to crane their necks to hear the next song on the playlist from another room, or C) walk around with their headphones on all the time. I’m sure many of you have friends and family that are similar, which is why you may want to consider #GiftingAudio this season.

With five hours of speaker playtime thanks to its amazing battery life, there’s no disruption to your holiday music listening enjoyment. The overall idea behind the JBL Flip 2 speaker is to simplify your life with convenience and fill it with music. By syncing the JBL Flip 2 to your cellphone, not only do you enjoy your playlist, but you can also answer incoming calls through its powerful booming speakerphone capability, without missing a beat.

For me, the JBL Flip 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker helps soundtrack the swirling emotions the holiday brings; and as a New Yorker who loves convenience and saving time, purchasing the Flip 2 on, with its lifetime support, 30 day returns, and free ground shipping, only adds to the enjoyment of this portable powerhouse of sound. Through the JBL Holiday Gift Guide, you can shop for the holiday gifts by personality, or price range. Get gifts for the music lover, movie buff, fitness guru or world traveler.

As a music lover myself, I need those joyful holiday sounds in my space, to get the full holiday spirit effect. After all, why not, I live alone. I turn on my JBL Flip 2, watch it instantly detect my phone, and listen to those characteristic couple of beeps and I’m flooded with En Vogue’s “Love Won’t Take Me Out” for when I think of a couple lip-locking under the mistletoe. Then Boyz II Men flies in with “Let It Snow” as I reminisce on what it was like when past loves were in my life, and what it could be like again (better sooner than later, but I digress). I know what I’m bringing along with me, along with my Secret Santa gift, to spread some holiday cheer when I attend a holiday party next month.

For those of you feeling lucky this season, you have the opportunity to win one of 30 amazing prizes from JBL. Whether you want to win it for yourself or to give as a gift, these wonderful portable speakers will bring hours of joyful sounds that say happy holidays.

I haven't heard of any of these products – I'll have to check them out. I'm so bad about not carrying hand cream in my bag; probably something I should start doing. It's my biggest failure, perhaps, when it comes to my skincare routine.
