Monarchy was one of the few shows who showcased both Menswear and Womenswear. At first sight, I immediately thought of the Equestrian lifestyle mixed in with a little dandy. I loved the clean, sharp lines, each piece was tailored to perfection.
I have two favorites from the Monarchy Collection, one of the menswear looks,(particularly the jacket, which I can totally see my friend Dave wearing) and the other, a female look (again, the jacket was the first thing to catch my eye). The jacket is similar to a sweater jacket I bought in Australia a few years ago which is one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. This means that I have become an official lover of the Monarchy line.
I must now apologize for the video of the show finale below. The Monarchy show was the last one of the night and by that time, my camera was full and the battery was dead ( and I forgot the charger at home), so I had to shoot the video with my cellphone. Don’t worry though, I am ready for next season.
