Leonor Greyl Launches Lait Luminescence Bi-Phase

Ultra luxe skincare company Leonor Greyl gathered several media insiders to celebrate the earlier introduction of their new Lait Luminescence Bi-Phase at the decadent Chatwal Hotel. We got to touch, smell and experience several Leonor Greyl products including the Lait Luminescence Bi-Phase, which I’m sure will be my favorite hair product.

Lait Luminescence Bi-Phase is said to be the magic hair care. This wonderfully scented leave-in milk detangles, smooths and protects hair in an instant adding shine, manageability and protection from the sun. As someone who only uses leave in conditioners to moisturize my hair, I love this product. WHY? Because after applying Lait Luminescence Bi-Phase to my very curly hair, both comb and brush glided through quite smoothly. My hair was shiny and moisturized without feeling or looking oily, greasy or heavy. Blow-drying my hair was a breeze and it helped tame the flyaways we curly girls tend to get.

What makes Lait Luminescence Bi-Phase work so well? Believe or not – Seaweed. Specifically Alaria Esculenta, a seaweed extract acquired from the Breton Coast; this extract has strong smoothing and protecting properties against UVB rays. Other beneficial ingredients include:

– Cassia Angustifolia – a plant cultivated in Southern India which smooths and conditions the driest of hair

– Manketti Oil (Mongongo Oil) – protects the hair against the drying effects of the sun and hairdryers by creating a protective film on the hair shaft when its exposed to the sun or heat

We also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Caroline Greyl, CEO and daughter of Leonor Greyl, who gave one on one information on several Leonor Greyl products but especially Lait Luminescence (first photo of Caroline Greyl by Neil Rasmus/BFAnyc.com)
