The Mens Tie Belts above brings me back to “borrowing” my dad’s ties to use as a belt during my high school years; the Over-sized Knitted Sweater Cardigan below – I wore his over my school uniform – I remember several instances of my father yelling about missing ties, jackets, etc (what teenager actually asked permission to wear their parents clothing? I’m guilty of not)
You will see the collegiate inspirations in the striped and solid colored cardigans but with a very different twist – introducing the Reversed Cardigan. This cozy knit buttons at the back
other touches include tonal elbow patches on crew neck sweaters, corduroy and tweed jackets
As you may have noticed, the Lands’ End Canvas Collection features a lot of bold colors, this vibrancy can be found in sweaters, jackets, and even shoes. I love the stark brightness in the clogs and shorts playful wedge boots (muted colors like army green (pictured) are offered as well but I’m just so in love with that bold red)
Lands’ End Canvas will also premiere four new Chino styles for Fall which come in a variety of colors including navy, khaki, grey, green. These new Chinos are soft, comfy and have a washed look
The Heritage or classic straight (pictured above) sits low on the waist with a straight leg from top to bottom.
The Stretch Rail Straight (not pictured) sits low on the waist with their slimmest, most feminine leg silhouette
The Stretch Barely Boot (pictured above) sits low on the waist with a fitted hip and thigh. Finished with a slightly flared leg opening.
The Slim Slouch (pictured above – I was told was very flattering if you are cursed/blessed with a butt and/or hips) sits low on the waist with a more casual boyfriend leg and tapered leg opening that loves a roll or two.
There are so many things to love about the fall offerings for Lands’ End Canvas, I wish I could cover every bit but then this feature would never end. I love all of the above but I do have a few more very honorable mentions, for instance, this Tench Coat and Cape – I WANT NOW!!!
