Seasons of Veuve Clicquot Book Launch

If you’re like me and you’re a fan of Veuve Clicquot, then you’ll be excited to hear about the launch of a new book by Stephane Gerschel, Author and Global Communications Director for Veuve Clicquot – The Seasons of Veuve Clicquot: A Social Cookbook for Celebrations, published by Rizzoli.

The picturesque coffee table book features absolutely delicious recipes and entertaining tips divided into four chapters: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, “it highlights centuries-old traditions and expertise of champagne-making while chronicling the brand’s world-renowned events and original recipes for celebrations fit for each season” with a foreword by Sir Elton John and David Furnish. The elite event was held at the penthouse of Pamela Johananoff and Matthew Adell on a very rainy night; guests were treated to one delicious recipe from each of the four seasons featured:

Spring – Spring Vegetable Ratatouille

Summer – Smoked Salmon Tiramisu

Autumn – Duck a la Automne

Winter – Black Truffle Risotto

Other delicious recipes included the following that looked so divine, you wanted to eat it right off the page

Of course being that this was a Veuve Clicquot event, guests were treated to a continuous flow of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label and Veuve Clicquot Rose

The picturesque coffee table book features was celebrated in the "Seasons of Veuve Clicquot Book Launch" was incredibly outstanding as it was pictured the delicious recipes and entertaining events hosted by some experts. I really Love the Pictures especially how it was taken. Thank you very much for all the exciting story and VIP personalities shown in the scene. More power to you all guys!
