Weatherproof 32° Winter 2011 Collection

Many of you are most likely familiar with Weatherproof, they’ve made some of the nation’s leading outerwear and apparel for men, women and children. With European designs, microfiber technology and water-resistant fabrics, they have become a brand favorite. Weatherproof has recently added 32°Weatherproof, a more active and technological outerwear collection. This new collection features some very stylish looks for women including my favorite, the Metallic Puffer

The Metallic Puffer is a Body-fitted down jacket with an elastic belt and over-sized pillow collar. It’s the perfect alternative to the typical boxy down jacket. Of course it comes in the typical colors but my favorites are the above Caramel and Grey colors.

If you’re looking for a jacket with a bit more texture, then the Featherweight Down Jacket is for you.

This jacket is a packable down jacket with arch-shaped quilted lines and dye to match but there is a slightly longer version with a drawstring waist and front flat pockets for those of you who are more partial to that style – you can have basic black or olive green

This season, Weatherproof also feature the 32° Heat Collection, technically enhanced attire (short and long sleeve tees and leggings) that features:

Heat Generation – uses your body moisture and the movement of water molecules to generate heat, keeping you warm.

Quick Dry – quickly wicks away moisture keeping your body dry and comfortable by regulating your body temperature.

Heat Retention – utilizes specially engineered pockets inside the fibers to retain body warmth and generate heat.

This ingenious garments also features Anti-Odor, Anti-Static and Stretch Comfort. All these jackets and more are available now at Weatherproof’s stores and major retailers. And as the temperature drops (it’s a chilling 29 degrees as I write this), we need to retain as much body heat as possible.
