Even with the boom in the online magazine industry, there are still not a lot of love for Bloggers but once in a while you get a company that embraces us poor peasants. One such company is the HauteLook Lounge. What is HauteLook? “HauteLook hosts private, limited-time sale events with today’s top brands for women, men, kids, home, and beauty.” They basically bring the sample sales to you, all you have to do is register and get ready to save on the most coveted items.
Well, they’re not just that anymore to me – they are also fabulous people who know the plight of the lowly blogger during fashion week, which is why they created the HauteLook Lounge – a haven where we bloggers and other fashion people can go to relax, eat (a term usually forgotten while running from show to show), hang out, get some work done in between shows, get our long gone makeup retouched and our flat hair bodified again (yes I made up that one). Basically, we get to look presentable again.
Anyway, though dead on my feet and trying to live through the air diet, I got a chance to get more information on my savior.
