Held offsite at the Altman Building, Toni Maticevski’s collection was like a dream, a fantasy even. The show was filled with luxuriously flowing long dresses and edgy avant garde looks. Let’s begin with the edgy looks. Filled with sequins, metallics, feathers and beaded pieces
I really loved the sequined metallics in the collection, it had a very sexy 80s feel. The mix of the colors copper, grey and gold was dazzling
And now for the dream, all I can say is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. I fully expected any of one of the disney characters to make an appearance. Very beautiful.
On a separate note, seen in the audience were Patricia Field (no doubt scouting for the Sex and the City sequel) and Solange Knowles.
