This is how amazing the NYIGF is – I rediscovered a favorite childhood game courtesy of Cahootie. What game am I talking about? – I’m talking about the paper fortune teller game, some people called it MASH (Mansion, Apartment, Shack, and House), while others had no name for it at all. We all still loved to play it either way
I spent hours of my school hours during the 80’s and 90’s playing the game to find out my future – who I’d marry, where my husband and I would live, how many kids we’d have, the kind of car I’d drive, etc. If you were a girl of the 80’s then you definitely played this game. Now thanks to Cahootie, you can have those memories back, share it with your daughters, young sisters and nieces, etc or just have a little fun yourself
While we only had the one basic theme, Cahootie has come up with various themes for young (and young-at-heart girls) to play such as My Fab Future, Would You…, Truth or Dare, Birthday Wishes, Wishes & Dreams, Sporty Girl or you can create your own Cahootie by downloading the game template and creating your own stickers.
They are also working on licensing opportunities to bring us even more games. I was lucky enough to get a video interview with the President & CEO of Cahootie, Blythe Jack
