Hailey Logan Launch & Adrianna Papell’s 30th Anniversary

Do you remember your prom? (I’m talking to those of you who went to school in the 80’s and 90’s) If you’re a woman, of course you do. You most likely remember every second of that magical night – especially the all important dress (your date on the other hand – maybe). I surely remember mine, I went against the grain and wore a long, body-hugging (this was back when my body and I were still on speaking terms) black number with a slight mermaid tail that fit like a glove.

This lush memory was given back to me at the launch of the Hailey Logan Collection, the new Junior Dvision for parent company, Adrianna Papell which was also celebrating its 30th Anniversary. The line is colorful, exciting, vibrant and fun and will debut Spring 2010.

The Hailey Logan Collection will be geared towards 10 to 18 yr olds is perfect for Junior Proms, Sweet Sixteens and of course the all important High School Proms but some of the looks can easily catch the eye of any 20-yr olds. The chic junior line was named after Jaynee Berkman’s 10 yr old daughter and will come in two ranges – $34 -$49 for Party Dresses and $49-$99 for Prom Dresses. The line will not only feature sizes 1-13 but a few styles will also be cut larger to accomodate girls above size 13. As any red blooded girl who ‘enjoyed” high school life in the 90’s knows – Adrianna Papell was THE dress to have for prom. Before you ask, no, my dress wasn’t an Adrianna Papell but it was a statement dress which is exactly what the Adrianna Papell and Hailey Logan dresses are.

The Adrianna Papell Collection which looks consists of Daytime, Evening, Separates and Occassions. Check out these chic daytime and evening looks for Spring – all between $99 – $200

I really like the price points of these dresses. They are very pretty and I am sure the teenagers will love that they are not as expensive as a lot of the dresses marketed towards them these days.

I LOVE these dresses! And yes, they remind me a bit of my prom… but they are endlessly more sophisticated!
