MIZANI Supreme Oil Launch Event

Mizani, the salon professional brand, presents a NEW universal and multi-use product formulated with a unique combination of botanical oils and numerous benefits. Mizani’s “NEW Supreme Oil (a 4.1 oz. bottle retails for $25.00) is 99% naturally-derived and free of silicones, mineral oil, and preservatives, so it penetrates and absorbs to treat and smooth all hair types without weighing it down”. According to the press release, this lightweight, fast-absorbing hair oil improves hair’s elasticity and manageability, locking out humidity for continuous frizz control regardless of hair texture. In addition to fortifying and strengthening hair to help prevent breakage, it delivers intense moisturizing and exceptional softness, leaving hair incredibly soft, silky, and shiny.

This amazing new oil contains Avocado, Apricot, Olive Fruit, Argan, Sunflower, and Rice Bran oils that penetrate the hair shaft to provide softness, conditioning, and supple flexibility from the inside out and also contains Sesame Seed and Jojoba oils that smooth and provide luminous shine to all hair types and textures. To celebrate, Mizani held a launch event at the L’Oreal Academy;

hairstylists, bloggers and other guests were treated to a presentation by Mizani Educator, Evie Johnson (who appears in the video below), were entertained by Comedienne/Actress and Event Host, Beth Payne as well as getting tips from the Mizani stylists.

Hairstylists demonstrated the effects of a “supreme” blowout on models using Supreme Oil but prior to that, I got a chance to speak with one of the stylists, Rod Horton, on the wonders of Mizani Supreme Oil

While guests mingled, tweeted and enjoyed the delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, they also got to try out samples of Mizani’s Supreme Oil which were made available throughout the event

I tried Supreme Oil on my skin (my hands) and in my hair while having a conversation with Gylaine Benjamin, Territory Sales Manager for Mizani and I must say not only did it tame my flyaways, my hands felt moisturized without feeling greasy – and that was only from a sample, so imagine how great  the results will be when I fully use the product. As most of you know, Mizani is a salon only brand but it thankfully the Supreme Oil will be sold in retails stores (as stated above, it will retail for $25), making it the first from the brand to be sold retail.
