Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery Products

For the longest time I really thought carbs were my enemy but it turns out (and I learned this from a friend of mine who gave up wheat) I may just be developing sensitivity to the wheat flour in breads. As someone who has a very bad weakness for cinnamon raisin bread (yes its my vice and I admit that I have devoured an entire loaf by myself……..in a day – I must note that the raisin bread is half the size of regular bread), it’s very difficult for me to give it up. And thankfully, I can continue to enjoy bread. I can enjoy my cinnamon raisin bread and other baked goods without the unfortunate sensitivity thanks for Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery.

Rudi’s says Gluten-free doesn’t mean bread-free and that is so true. For those of you that have missed bread, you can enjoy bread that tastes like real bread………. because it is real bread!! I am very happy to enjoy bread again. Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery has been making healthy breads for around 35 years, their breads come in three varieties – soft, fluffy and tasty Gluten-Free Original, soft and hearty Gluten-Free Multi-Grain and my fav – soft, rich and tangy with spice, Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin.

There’s more to come from Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery too – new gluten-free hamburger buns, hot dog rolls and pizza crusts are scheduled to hit shelves nationally in May

Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery Multigrain Hamburger Buns & Multigrain Hot Dog Rolls
