Shoe Fetish – Alejandra G. Fall/Winter 2011 Collection

Just about everyone knows I’m a shoe addict and I’ve drooled over shoes on here so many times. I love being introduced to new shoe designers and I get super excited when I find one that completely embodies my style and taste. Well, I have found another shoe designer to drool over. Let me introduce those of you who aren’t familiar to Alexandra G. Shoes

The above is just a taste of what Alejandra G is offering in her Fall/Winter 2011 collection – give me a few minutes while I stare at, drool over and wish for these darlings – ok, back to writing. The above shoes (in order) are the Setorii, the Nanette and the Viola in yellow (it also comes in red).
Alejandra G’s Fall/Winter collection features lots of embellishments as you can see – leather, exotic skins, fishnets, ankle ties and some eye-catching hardware dance throughout the collection. The Los Angeles native and former television producer is not-so-slowly building up a grand list of fans (yours truly included) with her her brilliant mix of textures, colors and edgy styles. I love the fact that she’s using the black and white striped sole. I remember Pour le Victoire was planning to use a black/white herringbone sole but they decided not to go in that direction. I’m happy to see Alejandra G is using a black/white graphic for her soles.
