Marie Claire was on hand to help Burt’s Bees launch the three new Lip Shimmers shades – Cherry, Plum and Strawberry. The three new vibrant, nourishing, pearlized shine-packed shades join the nine other shades already in the collection – Radiance, Champagne, Peony, Caramel, Guava, Watermelon, Rhubarb, Raisin and Fig. The new shades, like the others, contain Burt’s Bees’s signature refreshing, cool burst of Peppermint Oil but all twelve 100% natural shades have now been enhanced with antioxidant-rich Fruit Seed Oils and moisturizing Shea Butter to help optimize color payoff while improving the smoothness of the lips.
Celebrity Makeup Artist, Tina Turnbow was on hand to give tutorials on ways to wear the three new Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmers and offer tips and tricks on getting the most out of all the twelve luminescent shades – my favorite tip? Layering two or three shades to create new tones
