The Degen S/S 2013 presentation at Meatpacking District’s Industria Gallery proved to be a fun, laid back presentation. With bright colors, mixed textures and all around randomness there was definitely an air of jest in the room. What else could one expect with an invitation that read: “The revolution will be craftivised”?
Although the models laughed, joked and even sang with onlookers, one could not help zoning in on the clothes.
The collaboration with Converse also fit the style of the clothing with some of the models just wearing converses, others wearing a funky Japanese-Geta-Sneaker hybrid.
