Let’s Go Shopping: Promod is French for Fashion

Not too long ago, I, along with a few other Bloggers, had the pleasure of experiencing a cool French-born retail store that recently crossed the waters to bring some French fashion to the US. Promod, which means French for Fashion, has more than 1,000 retail locations in 53 countries and features a striking range of designer-inspired clothing, shoes, and accessories. We were whisked away to the Palisades Center via a party bus where we enjoyed a few cocktails and sweet treats for an exclusive private shopping event at Promod’s new location in the mall.

For their Fall 2013 Collection, Promod features lots of vibrant prints – neo-graphic, floral, jacquard, tribal, etc in silhouettes that range from classic, relaxed fits, modern shapes, and Japoniste styles, which includes a cool, dark floral jumpsuit and a chic kimono-style jacket. Fall Jackets are uber cool in quilted fabrications, Aztec prints, and in leather trims and all-over studs.

We were gifted with a gift card to add some Promod fashion to our wardrobe, which wasn’t very hard to do – gift card or no gift card, we would have been shopping anyway and almost all of us, including me, spent much more than the value of the gift card. The best part, they had many items on sale, making our shopping experience even better.

The Promod store is located on the first level of the Palisades Center, located at 1000 Palisades Center Dr in West Nyack. For more information on the store or to get in touch with them, call 845-535-5672.
