Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to wear pink, spread awareness, celebrate survivors, honor those we’ve lost, and, most importantly, support the ongoing fight against breast cancer, continues. While pink ribbons and special collections are familiar sights this time of year, this month feels especially meaningful when brands turn awareness into action through donations, charitable partnerships, and initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives.
As someone who is personally affected by Breast Cancer and loves discovering brands that use their platforms for good, I appreciate seeing companies go beyond simply changing their packaging to pink. This year’s lineup includes some wonderful collaborations and generous contributions, proving that a little retail therapy can also support a much bigger cause.
Beauty, Fashion, and Giving Back

Starting with 3 of Cups, founder and breast cancer survivor Lauren O’Connell is giving back in a particularly personal way. Throughout October, she will donate 10% of all profits to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). It’s a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most meaningful advocacy comes from those who have fought the disease firsthand.

Drowsy Sleep Co. is also joining the cause. For the entire month of October, 20% of sales from its Damask Rose Colourway collection will benefit the American Breast Cancer Foundation.

Fred Scarf Jewelry is also giving back in a meaningful way, pledging 20% of all profits to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) throughout October. Known for its exquisite jewelry designs, many of the brand’s stunning Tahitian black pearl pieces have even earned Vogue Editor’s Picks recognition. It’s the perfect combination of timeless elegance, sophisticated style, and shopping with a purpose.

LILYSILK continues its partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), a relationship that has already raised more than $82,000 since 2022. The brand is extending its support, pledging 20% of gross retail sales from its Hope Collection between September 11th, 2026, and December 31st, 2027, to help support individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

Meanwhile, Patricia Nash Designs has pledged an impressive $75,000 to Susan G. Komen. Inspired by Patricia’s stories of her mother and grandmother, the campaign features a feminine pink shade that represents hope for future generations and a world where our daughters and granddaughters won’t have to face this disease.

Splendid is celebrating eight years of partnership with NBCF by donating $10,000 this year. Its October 1st–31st campaign focuses on awareness, support, and strengthening the community rather than promoting a particular product. And I love that approach because sometimes the greatest gift is simply showing up for people who need it. With that said, we are big fans of their Fuzzy Sweater PJ Sets, like the above multi hearts.
Beauty With a Purpose

Beauty is also playing a meaningful role this October. Thrive Causemetics is launching its new Classic Pinks and Signature Plums eyeshadow quads on October 7th, priced at $38.00 each. The eight new shades are designed to make creating an effortless eye look easy, with colors for the lid, crease, definition, and highlight.
Beyond the gorgeous shades, each palette celebrates an organization supporting people affected by cancer. Classic Pinks honors 305 Pink Pack, which helps adults undergoing cancer treatment with transportation, childcare, groceries, and other everyday necessities. Their signature Plums honors the House of Cherith.
Thrive’s commitment extends well beyond this collection. Its 2025 Impact Report highlighted a $50,000 donation supporting Breast Cancer Awareness, while the company’s overall charitable giving has surpassed $185 million in funds and products.

And in NYC, the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation is supporting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Survivorship Lab activation at Grand Central Station, with NEOM donating 750 units of product to help support the experience.
More Than a Pink Ribbon
What I love most about these initiatives is that they remind us that awareness isn’t just about wearing pink in October. It’s about supporting research, making treatment more accessible, helping survivors navigate life after cancer, and making sure no one feels alone during an incredibly difficult journey.
Whether you’re shopping a limited-edition collection, supporting a charitable campaign, sharing a resource, or simply encouraging someone to schedule their screening, every action can contribute to something bigger.
This October, let’s think pink, shop with purpose, and remember that behind every ribbon is a real person, a family, and a story. Here’s to more research, more support, more survivors, and, ultimately, a future without breast cancer.
