Created by Jamie Turquie, who was tired of the bulkiness of a shirt under her sweater, she took a pair of scissors and cut off all but the visible part of the shirt, leaving only the collar. Her collection features Classic Collars, Peter Pan Collars (which we saw several times on the runway) and Ruffled Collars in lace, metallics, snakeskin, eyelets, and a variety of prints including polka dots, leopard, plaids, paisley, etc.

From getting on the list to keeping on time, I moved on to Slap Watch, a unique twist on the silicone watch craze and a brand after my own heart, incorporating the addictive mechanism of the spring coil bracelet of the 90’s. I am a child of the 90’s and I did own several slap bracelets so this brought back fond memories while wowing me with the modern twist.
