FITNESS Magazine’s Blogger Meet & Tweet

Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending an amazing blogger event with Fitness Magazine. The day was filled with informative panels, one-on-ones with some amazing brands, a wonderful lunch, a fitness apparel fashion show and an invigorating workout

The event opened up with a welcome message by Fitness Editor in Chief, Betty Wong and Female Soccer legend, Mia Hamm who signed mini soccer balls and posed for photos with attendees

Panels included The Real Deal on Carbs, Cleanses and Caffeine with Fitness Nutrition Editor, Juno DeMelo, Keri Gans & Tanya Zuckerbot, Drop Dead Healthy with A.J. Jacobs, and Easy Beauty Secrets: Q&A with Fitness Beauty Director, Eleanor Langston and Laura Geller. The event sponsors and brand attendees included Birkenstock, Reebok, Oakley, Vichy, Sun-Maid, V8 V-Fusion, Schick Hydro Silk, Pure Protein (love the Cookies n’ Cream drink), etc

After the first break, Fitness Fashion Director, Argy Koutsothanasis presented the Gym to Street: Fashion Tips That Will Help You Stretch Your Spandex Beyond the Gym Fashion Show.

And following an amazing lunch, another panel on How to Turn Your Blog into a Business with Kelly Olexa, Tina Haupert, Carla Birnberg & Julie Fagan, and closing remarks with Fitness Executive Editor, Pam O’Brien, we enjoyed a Tabura Pop-Up Workout with KiwiSweat (well at least I tried to but the workout kicked my butt)

I really hope Fitness magazine makes this an annual event, it was both extremely enjoyable and informative and a great way to celebrate and of course connect with other bloggers and brands. Thanks again to Fitness magazine and all the event’s sponsors for a wonderful experience.
