In an effort to raise money for the people and culture of Haiti, Monster Products, the world leader in high-performance headphones, along with EPAC Haiti (the Enigma performing Arts and Convention Center of Haiti) teamed up for a fundraising event. Monster donated 100 Inspiration Headphones to 10 Haitian master painters to use as blank canvases to highlight the artistic talent and incredible creativity the island’s people have to offer. On hand at the event was Head Monster and Founder, Noel Lee (on his souped-up Segway), three of the Haitian Master Painters (Patricia Brintle, Levoy Exil, and Yael Telleyrand), among others.
Although 100 Inspiration headphones were painted, only 10, along with accompanying canvases were on hand to be auctioned off at Openhouse Gallery. the 10 contributing artists include Frantz Zephirin, St. Jean Saint Juste, Richard Barbot, Mario Benjamin, Patricia Brintle, Joseph Eddy Pierre, Yael Talleyrand, Pascal Merisier aka “Pasko”, Leroy Exil, Harold Dessalines, Pascale Monnin, Philippe Dodard, and Patrick Ganthier aka “Killy”.
