Byron’s Authentic Tennessee BBQ & Casa Di Bertacchi Authentic Italian Meatballs

Women are always looking for a way to make quick and easy meals. Well we’ve found something that can help you. On March 9th, I had the pleasure of sampling Rich Products brands, Byron’s Authentic Tennessee BBQ and Casa Di Bertacchi Authentic Italian Meatballs.
I was a little skeptical about the appeal of frozen BBQ but I have to admit it tasted homemade…like someone slaved over a pit for hours. The reason Byron’s BBQ tastes so great is because it is smoked on the bone for 12 hours over hickory logs before being packaged for your enjoyment. It is perfectly sauced and easy to incorporate in a variety of recipes from sandwiches and salads or used as a topping for baked potatoes and pizza! Believe it or not…it’s in the freezer section. Frozen BBQ that taste great – unbelievable! It’s perfect for families or entertaining on a budget as it serves approximately 26 guests and costs only around $11.88.

Casa meatballs are made from an authentic Italian family recipe using traditional Italian ingredients giving it an authentic Italian taste. These 100% whole boneless beef meatballs are fully cooked and ready to eat. They are found in the frozen food sections of many grocery stories around the country. They are perfect as a stand-alone appetizer or when incorporated into your favorite dish. Easy, fun and inexpensive….perfect for the homemaker on the go. Check out a great recipe for spicy meatballs below

Spicy Game Day Meatballs

Asian chili sauce and grape jelly give these meatballs a sweet and spicy flavor. Start early, since the meatballs need to cook several hours in the slow cooker, but once they’re in the pot they’re entirely hands-off.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours on high
Makes:about 75 meatballs

Ingredients:
3 lbs Casa Italian 5/8 oz meatballs, frozen (1/2 of the 6 lb bag or about 75 meatballs)

1/4 cup water
Directions:
POUR frozen meatballs into a slow cooker.
WISK together chili sauce, grape jelly and water. Pour mixture over meatballs.
COOK meatballs on high for 3 hours, or longer on low setting.
