Boots No. 7 Skincare Backstage & #bcomfrontrow at Trina Turk Spring 2015

To compliment Trina Turk’s vibrant spring 2015 collection inspired by the Pop Art Flower Mart in downtown LA, models needed a fresh, dewy face with standout eyes and lips that was effortlessly beautiful to compliment the vibrant collection. Achieving the look started with healthy glowing skin, which was provided by Boots No. 7 Skincare. Six products from the Boots No. 7 Collection was used to prep the models’ skin, including No. 7 Quick Thinking Wipes, No. 7 Beautiful Skin Vitality Eye Roll-On, No. 7 Beautiful Skin T Zone Rescue, No. 7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream, No. 7 Silky Leg Oil, and No. 7 Intensively Moisturizing Body Serum.

With models coming in from other shows and other makeup, the Boots No. 7 Quick Thinking Wipes were an essential art of skin preparation. Both the male and female models started their backstage beauty regime with these witch hazel wipes, wiping away all traces of makeup and impurities. Next was the No. 7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream, the No. 7 Beautiful Skin Vitality Eye Roll-On and No. 7 Beautiful Skin T Zone Rescue to give the models a fresh-face look.

I had the opportunity to speak with Devin from Boots, as models were being prepped backstage about the Boots No. 7 Skincare range of products, check out the video below:

The Beauty Blender, a makeup artist favorite for foundation application, was used to achieve a flawless canvas

Before getting dressed and hitting the runway, models were moisturized with the No. 7 Intensively Moisturizing Body Serum and No. 7 Silky Leg Oil for that perfect overall California “beachy” look and overall healthy glow.
