It’s Spa Week Again

Do you know what today is? It’s the first day of Spa Week Fall Event, the glorious bi-annual week event when spas offer full service Spa packages for just $50 dollars at over 800 participating spas nationwide.

Starting today, October 10th, through Sunday, October 16th, enjoy Microdermabrasions, Glycolic Peels, massages, etc. All you have to do go to www.spaweek.com (if you haven’t already), go to the spa directory, click your city/state, select your treatment(s) and book your appt. Easy as 1-2-3.

To celebrate this amazing money-saving pampering week, Spa Week had their usual Media Event which I continually thank heaven that I can attend. Upon entry, I ran (yes ran) to Spa Chick-on-the-Go for an eyebrow rescue. They’re fabulous, I love them and anyone who’s used their services can attest to that statement. Their services are enjoyed by both women and men

My next stop was to Ouidad, unfortunately the other guests had already swarmed Ouidad so I didn’t get to enjoy a fabulous hair touch-up but I did get to take some of their great hair products with me

The Moisture Infusing & Refreshing Spray is a great product to revive your curls. They currently have a contest up on the Spa Week website, enter it HERE. Then it was off to Dole for some of their yummy Real Fruit Bites

Dole also has a sweepstakes up on Spaweek.com called Fall Bliss Sweepstakes, enter to win an ultimate prize pack. Next up was the expansive Carefree booth

Carefree gifted three ready-made kits for the on the go woman – “the gym to brunch”, “the airport to the office” and “the office to happy hour” (which is the one I selected).

They also gave some great do-it-yourself refresh tips and massage tricks to help relieve tension, improve circulation, etc. While you’re perusing throught the Spa Week website, be sure to enter the Carefree Refresh Sweepstakes.

After Carefree it was time for a cocktail, which led me to Seagrams and their amazing tasting Tea Lemonade & Mango Beverage

Of course you must also try the Limeade, Pomegranate Lemon and the Classic Lemonade – all amazing flavors but the absolute deliciousness of the Tea Lemonade & Mango won my heart. My last stop was the innovative designs of Plank Accessories. You may remember introducing you guys to Plank some time ago in my Plank You Very Much post.

You may not be aware but the mats on the floor in the photo directly above are Plank’s Yoga Mats. The space was decorated by Bobby Berk, founder of Bobby Berk Home. I was lucky enough to get a photo of him with Doreen Hing, the owner of Plank Accessories

Though it was too crowded to even get in close, far less a makeover, I had to wait quite a bit to get some shots of Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics and some of their newest products

I wish I got to enjoy more services but as it is Spa Week, I can definitely get more services for less money and I will enjoy. Hope you will too. Enjoy Spa Week
