Several events ago, I posted on a fashion event that introduced you to Mykel C. Smith and Praxis Housing Initiative. Well, this time instead of fashion, we have a regular ole birthday party. But don’t worry, Mykel came prepared to celebrate. The party, held at the very chic aka hotel in Times Square, had sponsors gift bag sponsors (that’s right, he had a gift bag for his birthday party) – Nuvo, Crest, Organic Root Stimulator, Borghese, etc. Anyway, despite it being a cold and snowy night, his party had a very nice turnout.
Dave was with as, as usual and while we were entertaining ourselves with people watching and discussing, we also enjoyed some lovely hors d’oeuvres
and of course the fab drinks. We started off with sparkling Nuvo then briefly switched to Verve Cliquot (so yummy) and I went back to Nuvo
Mykel was the most gracious host, he made sure he made the rounds and introduced everyone to each other, asking if we were ok and enjoying ourselves, etc. Of course he took some time out to strike a pose for me
