Celebrate the New Year w/ One of These Delectable Cocktails

Although New Year’s Eve is mainly known as the day to enjoy glasses of champagne, we’d like to offer a few non-traditional sparkling, as well as non-sparkling cocktails to toast to the new year. While we love traditional, sometimes trying something new (don’t worry we put in a few more traditional champagne cocktails for you as well) is necessary and fun. Today we share some delicious cocktail recipes, from sparklers, to fruity, and creamy cocktails, that are sure to please your celebratory palette as you welcome the new year. We’ve got you covered to welcome 2015 with cocktails from Sauza TequilaRuffino, Skinnygirl Cocktails, and Bare Organic Mixers. let us help you bring some cheer to 2015 with the following:

Strawberry Sparkler

1 part Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
1/2 part DeKuyper® Strawberry Liqueur
1/2 part (chilled) rose champagne
1/2 part limeade
3 strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 wedged lime
Wash, stem, quarter and freeze strawberries for at least 1 hour (can be done the day ahead). Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your champagne flute and dip in a plate of sugar to coat rim. Place a frozen strawberry at the bottom of the flute. Open champagne and pour glass approximately 2/3 of the way full. In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, limeade, and strawberry liqueur. Shake. Add a squeeze of fresh lime if desired. Top glass with the cocktail and serve immediately.

Ruffino Holiday Sparkler

3 oz. Ruffino Prosecco DOC
3/4 oz. apple cider
3/4 oz. cranberry juice
1 tsp. maple syrup
squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
Add ingredients directly to a mixing glass with ice and stir briefly. Strain into a chilled champagne flute that has been rimmed w/ cinnamon sugar. Garnish with a mint leaf floating on top.

Maple Syrup Martini

Maple Syrup Martini

2 parts Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
2 parts club soda
Dollop of warm maple syrup
Shake vodka and maple syrup together with ice. Top with club soda and pour into martini glass.

Mexican Eggnog

1 part Sauza® Blue Reposado 100% Agave Tequila
1 part Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
3 parts eggnog
Dash of cinnamon
In a shaker filled with ice combine egg nog, tequila, and bourbon. Shake to combine and serve chilled with a dash of cinnamon on top.

Raspberry Lemon “Ball” Drop

Raspberry Lemon Ball Drop

1 oz Bare Organic Mixer: Lemon Drop
1 1/2 oz Citrus vodka
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Chambord Liqueur
lemon twist and sugar for rimming glass
If desired rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass and dip in sugar to coat the rim.
In a metal mixing tin, fill with ice, add vodka, triple sec, and Bare Organic Mixer: Lemon Drop. Shake thoroughly and strain into chilled martini glass.
Pour Chambord down the center of the drink for layered effect (red bottom, yellow/white up top). Garnish with a lemon twist if desired.
