Known as “liquid soul,” the ruby red Caribbean Sorrel beverage derives its unique flavor from steeped Hibiscus, offering a tart taste with bright berry notes reminiscent of cranberry, complemented by citrus undertones. The complex flavor profile is further enriched with allspice, West Indian bay leaf, Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, dried orange peel, and cardamom. This elixir undergoes a meticulous process of being steeped and cold-brewed for at least 24 hours, then blended with Uncle Waithley’s ginger beer and carbonated to perfection.
The introduction of Caribbean Sorrel marks the first of four new authentic Caribbean flavors set to launch this year, emphasizing Uncle Waithley’s dedication to celebrating culture, tradition, and bold flavors.
