Vote & Win: Cascade Ice’s Flavor Fusion Blogger Challenge

We love Cascade Ice Sparkling Water. We’ve been enjoying this amazingly delicious zero-calorie, sugar-free, calorie-free, sodium-free, caffeine-free, and gluten-free sparkling flavored waters since we were first introduced to it over two years ago. It’s a great alternative to soda without having to sacrifice taste, plus it comes in 21 addictive flavors. Not only can you drink it, you can add it to lots of recipes, including desserts and of course drinks. which brings us to this recipe challenge we’re participating in.

We were invited to create two cocktails using just two our favorite flavors of Cascade Ice Sparkling waters (that was a tough decision) to battle in the Cascade Ice Flavor Fusion Blogger Challenge. Since we’re days away from summer, we had to select the Cascade Ice Lemonade as one, and the dark berry goodness that is the Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry for our recipes. Our final recipe creations, the Pink Sand Cocktail (contains alcohol) and the Wild Summer Mocktail (non-alcoholic) are highlighted below. 1 part Cascade Ice Lemonade
1 part Cruzan Rum Blueberry Lemonade Rum
Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry
Ice Cube Tray
Pour Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry into ice cube tray and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours. Pour one part Cascade Ice Lemonade and one part Cruzan Rum Blueberry Lemonade Rum in a cocktail glass. Insert two Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry and enjoy

CASCADE ICE WILD SUMMER MOCKTAIL

1 Bottle Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry
Blueberries
Strawberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Pineapple
*frozen fruit chunks can be used instead
Blender
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend, top with a mini flower or strawberry and enjoy
