Through compelling storytelling via an interview series and powerful campaign imagery, INNBEAUTY showcases inspiring multigenerational women in their 20s, 40s, and 50s. The campaign features modern-day motivational speaker and podcast host Caroline Baudino, 53, Cosmopolitan Beauty Editor-at-Large and media powerhouse Julee Wilson, 43, and NYC celebrity makeup artist and educator Kelli Anne Sewell, 29. Each shares personal reflections on birthdays, aging, and the role skincare plays in self-confidence.

“In an industry that often forces brands to cater exclusively to either Gen Z or anti-aging solutions, we are challenging the status quo.
