Halloween is days away, and while we love seeing the creative costume ideas people come up with, nothing beats a reveler with outstanding makeup. We were lucky to preview some of the outstanding and creative Halloween makeup ideas at MAKE UP FOR EVER‘s Glam to Ghoul for Halloween event; we’re usually only treated to the brand’s amazing work at The Makeup Show NYC. The talented pro makeup artists from MAKE UP FOR EVER showed us how to create classic glamorous, and wonderfully ghoulish beauty looks for this Halloween using the brand’s most popular makeup products….. and the results are amazing. Pair these looks with some colored contact lenses from online shops like Coleyes, and you’ve got yourself a full-on Halloween look. With all three Halloween beauty looks being so drop-dead gorgeous (no pun intended), it begs the question, will your makeup be glam, or ghoul this Halloween?
The three looks were achieved using MAKE UP FOR EVER‘s Step 1 Skin Equalizer, specially designed primers that target and perfect all skin types, skin tones, and textures; Aqua Black Waterproof Creamy Eyeshadow pot, Artist Plexi-Gloss, a high-performing lip gloss with vivid color, incredible shine, and stay-on power; Artist Shadow, a collection of 210 highly pigmented eye shadows with incredible blendability, and intense even color payoff; Rouge Artist Intense, a show-stopping lipstick that boasts high pigmentation for dramatic, long-lasting color in just one stroke whether the color is natural or intense; Ultra HD Liquid Foundation, a lightweight, oil-free formula that provides medium coverage with a natural finish, and Ultra HD Stick Foundation, a fuller coverage foundation that leaves you with a flawless complexion that’s also ideal for touch ups and contouring; and Lash Show, a new line of 50 handmade Eyelashes (27 Natural and 23 Creative Impact False Eyelashes), designed for the easiest application to intensify eyes.
We were very happy to get up close and personal with these stunning looks, which included a Dark Mermaid, Cyborg, and Skeleton Queen…but don’t quote me on that. Check out some video close-ups of all three Glam to Ghoul look.
