Hugo Twist
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur
¼ oz Simple Syrup
6 Mint Leaves
Sparkling Wine and Soda Water, to top
Garnishes: Edible Flowers and Mint Leaves
Shake ingredients, except the prosecco and soda water, on ice and fine strain into a wine goblet filled with ice. Top with prosecco and a splash of soda water and garnish with more mint leaves and edible flowers.
Jasmine Sour
2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Jasmine Syrup
Egg White
Garnish: Dried Jasmine Blossoms
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake (without ice). Add ice to tin and shake again to chill. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with dried jasmine blossoms.
Cucumber & Tonic
2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
3 oz Premium Tonic Water
Garnishes: Thyme Sprigs, Lemon Wheels, Cucumber Slices
Fill a copa glass with ice, add Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin, and premium tonic water. Garnish with cucumber and lemon slices and thyme sprigs.
Basil Gimlet
2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
5-6 Basil Leaves
Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon
Add liquid ingredients and basil into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release aromatics. Shaker over ice to chill and fine-strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick and enjoy!
