One of our favorite summer events to attend is the Summer Fancy Food Show, a true celebration of culinary creativity that introduces us to an almost unlimited array of food products from around the world. This year’s show was no exception, and we had the pleasure of discovering some truly exceptional brands. Among them, one that stood out was West Indies Peppa Sauce (WIPS), a family-owned company that brings the bold and authentic flavors of the Caribbean/West Indies to a wider audience.
Founded by Randy Pulayya and Shauna Vo Pulayya (not pictured), WIPS has quickly established a reputation for itself with its premium, handcrafted pepper sauces. In a further nod to its growing popularity, WIPS will be featured on Hot Ones: Caribbean Edition, Season 4.
