Mademoiselle Rose

20 ml Gin XII
70 ml Rinquinquin
20 ml roses syrup
20 ml lime juice
70 ml sparkling water
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and top with sparkling water.
Hibiscus Rose
1.5oz Glendalough Rose Gin
½ oz Hibiscus Tea Syrup*
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Prosecco
Dried Lemon Wheel
Rose Petal
Pour the Rose Gin, Hibiscus Tea Syrup, and Lemon Juice into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and rose petals on top. *Hibiscus tea syrup = Steep 7 Hibiscus tea bags in 33 oz of water for 15 mins. Add 16 oz of sugar and stir until dissolved.
Darling Daiquiri

1 oz BACARDÍ Superior
1 oz Martini & Rossi Fiero
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin aka cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Champagne coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
BACARDÍ Old Cuban
2 oz. BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho Rum
2½ oz. Martini & Rossi® Prosecco
4 mint leaves
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
2 dashes of bitters
Combine all the ingredients (except prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain, and top with prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf float.
