With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we were beyond excited to enjoy an exclusive sneak peek of Sugar Factory’s Cupid’s Love Pop-Up V-Day menu, available at all of the iconic eatery’s locations. Known as the sweetest place on Earth, Sugar Factory feels like a natural choice to celebrate the sweetest feeling in the world: love. This limited-time menu delivers indulgence at every turn, balancing playful romance with bold flavors across sweet and savory bites, all paired with the brand’s signature, over-the-top cocktails.

The festivities began exactly as they should, with cocktails in hand. The Love Letter arrived first, bursting with passion-forward flavors that felt like a message delivered straight to the heart. With 818 Tequila and strawberries, it set the tone for the evening. Close behind was the Love Potion, a dangerously delightful “Love Poison” cocktail made with Casamigos tequila, triple sec, and lemonade, perfect for a romantic rendezvous. For those skipping the alcohol, the Cupid’s Float (pictured below) was pure whimsy: creamy vanilla ice cream topped with strawberry soda, whipped cream, strawberry chocolate, heart gummies, and wafers.

Sugar Factory’s V-Day drink menu reads like a love story written in liquid form. Love Bubbles blends Tasha Rose and coconut rum with fresh strawberries and pina colada, crowned by a pink cotton candy cloud that feels like a trip to a tropical dreamscape. Spicy Love delivers a fiery contrast, combining a spicy watermelon margarita with Gran Coramino Tequila, roasted jalapeños, and a Tajin rim. Be Mine mixes Voli Vodka, strawberries, and white chocolate into a smooth, romantic sip, while Cupid’s Crush adds cranberry juice and triple sec for a bright, celebratory finish. The Hugs & Kisses Espresso Martinis leans into classic romance with vodka, white chocolate, strawberries, Godiva, Kahlua, and Baileys, proving that chocolate and strawberries are still a flawless match. Naughty or Nice showcases Tasha Rose served over stunning red ice roses, and Piggy Barbie brought date-night energy with Casamigos tequila, prosecco, and tropical juices.

The Valentine’s Day shakes were unapologetically extravagant. The Strawberry Kisses Shake (pictured above) arrived in a clear mug topped with a homemade donut and a waffle cone topped with a ring pop. The Be My Sweet Velvet Shake takes indulgence further, with vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, red velvet pancakes, a chocolate cupcake, and whipped cream. For colder nights, warm options like the Love Potion Sip hot cocoa and the shareable Valentine’s Cafecito, layered with Nutella, hot chocolate, coffee, and festive toppings, offered cozy comfort.

Savory bites held their own throughout the evening. The Be Mine Valentine’s Sampler delivered a satisfying mix of cajun-dusted tenders, mozzarella sticks, mac pops, and onion rings. Highlights included the Hot Honey and Pepperoni Flatbread and the Sweetheart Mac and Cheese Pops crusted in Hot Cheetos. A Romantic Caprese Salad provided a fresh, balanced pause between indulgences.

For mains, we explored both sides of the menu. The Sweetheart Stack of pink buttermilk pancakes with tres leches pink sauce and berries was playful and decadent, while the Valentine’s Sliders brought classic comfort with Angus beef, crispy onions, and signature sauce on festive buns.

The evening ended, fittingly, with the Heart Tower of Sweets, a dramatic assortment of cookies, chocolate-covered strawberries, and candies. If we had room for more, dishes like the Valentine’s Prime Rib, Tender Temptation Filet, Love Struck Fettuccini, and Romantic Waffle would have been next on our list.

At Sugar Factory, love isn’t just in the air. It arrives plated in pink sauces and golden stacks, poured into candy-rimmed glasses, and woven into every indulgent bite and sip, blurring the line between romance and pure culinary pleasure.
