Clover Cocktail
3 ounces of McQueen and the Violet Fog gin
¾ ounce Grenadine syrup
1-ounce fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
Berry for garnish
Add the gin, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Add the ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake again for 30 seconds. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass; the foam will collect at the top. Garnish with fresh berries.

2 oz McQueen and the Violet Fog
4 oz Pink Lemonade
0.5oz Pimms
Lemon Wedge
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add McQueen and the Violet Fog and lemonade to the glass and stir. Add ice if necessary. With a cold bar spoon, layer Pimms on top. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
